Melt-in-the-mouth-Steak

Serves four
Ingredients:
4 Rump Steak Pieces
Foil
2 packets of Brown Onion Soup
Method
Preheat oven to 180˚ Degrees.
Place each piece of Steak in a piece of foil bigger than the steak
Sprinkle half a packet of soup powder over the piece of meat and
Fold foil closed so that no sauce will run out (Shiny side – inside).
Place the four steaks on oven rack for 45 minutes, then turn around for another 45 minutes.
After the hour and a half, remove foil and dish up.
Optional side servings
Goes well with mixed veg and cheese sauce; or
Gemsquash with sweetcorn and cheese filling; or
You can also serve a baked potatoes with sour crème and chives.
